The catching of the pieces is made with small fishing boats in the whole Argentine Sea and in the Parana River as well.

The Company has a model cold storage plant and produces ice cubes using a self extraction water system.

The gutting and washing area has been integrated with a 40 people staff per shift processing pieces every day of the week 24 hours a day.

The cold room technology facility allows us to store fresh fish between 0 and -5ºC frozen fish up to -30ºC and to make the freezing process at -40ºC in just 12 hours.

Quality Monitoring

In order to verify quality we undergo monthly analysis monitored by SENASA (National Services for Animal Health) and Bromatology resources.
